A stunning and delightful beet that is wonderful baked or raw.

Beets can be started indoors….with caution. Direct sowing is preferred.

Sow beets as soon as the soil can be worked 1/4″ deep and 2-3″ apart. Each seed is a “bunch” of 1-5 seedlings. Beets will need to be thinned 3-4″ apart. Beet tops are delicious and nutritious.
